These Terms and Conditions govern enrollment, participation, and use of services provided by Berlin German School (BGS). All students and clients are required to read, understand, and agree to the following guidelines before registration.
1. Enrollment & Registration
1.1 Enrollment is open to eligible applicants who meet the stated entry requirements.
1.2 A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is required to secure admission.
1.3 Learners must provide accurate personal and academic details during registration.
1.4 Admission is subject to availability of class slots and verification of documents.
2. Fees & Payment Terms
2.1 Tuition fees must be paid in full or as per the approved payment plan before starting classes.
2.2 Payment covers training for the specific level (A1, A2, B1, or B2) only.
2.3 All fees paid are subject to the BGS Refund Policy.
2.4 Non-payment may result in withholding access to classes, assessments, or certification.
3. Class Attendance & Participation
3.1 Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually and regularly.
3.2 BGS reserves the right to deny assessment or repeat a level if attendance is insufficient.
3.3 Learners must actively participate in classwork, assignments, and assessments.
4. Academic Progress & Certification
4.1 Progression to the next level requires successful completion of assessments.
4.2 Certificates issued by BGS confirm completion of training at a specific CEFR level.
4.3 Students must maintain discipline and academic integrity at all times.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow learners is mandatory.
5.2 Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive actions may result in disciplinary action including suspension or dismissal.
5.3 Damage to school property may lead to penalties or cost recovery.
6. Learning Modes & Schedule Flexibility
6.1 BGS offers face-to-face, online, evening, weekend, and modular learning options.
6.2 The school may adjust schedules, instructors, or course delivery where necessary.
6.3 In the event of technical or external disruptions, makeup lessons or alternative delivery methods will be provided.
7. Data Privacy & Protection
7.1 Personal data is collected for academic and administrative purposes only.
7.2 All information is handled in accordance with the BGS Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
8.1 Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
8.2 Tuition fee refund requests must comply with the Refund Policy guidelines.
8.3 Approved refunds will be processed within the stated timelines.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All training materials, logos, and content belong to BGS.
9.2 Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
10. Communication
10.1 Official communication will be issued through email, phone, or approved school channels.
10.2 Students are responsible for staying updated with notices and announcements.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 BGS is not responsible for loss of personal belongings on school premises.
11.2 The institution is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its control (e.g., power outages, strikes, emergencies).
12. Policy Updates
12.1 BGS may amend these Terms & Conditions to improve service delivery.
12.2 Any changes will be communicated through official platforms.
13. Acceptance
By enrolling and participating in classes at Berlin German School (BGS), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
