Berlin German School (BGS) is committed to fairness, transparency, and maintaining high-quality educational standards. This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds for payments made toward course enrollments, examinations, and related services.

1. General Principles

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with this policy and relevant consumer protection laws.

2. Course Enrollment Withdrawals

Students applying for a study visa may request a refund if their visa application is rejected.

Required documentation:

  • Official rejection letter from the embassy

  • Proof of enrollment payment

BGS is not liable for indirect losses caused by schedule changes (e.g., travel, accommodation).

Refund considerations may be granted for:

  • Medical emergencies (doctor’s letter required)

  • Serious personal or family circumstances

Approvals are granted at the discretion of BGS Management.

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14–30 business days.

  • Processing duration may vary depending on the payment provider.
